Why Trump is Right on N Korea

north-korea-founder-s-birthday

News is abound lately of Trumps war of words via Twitter in response to the little dictator of N. Korea.     People of course, because it is Trump tweeting, are divided.   Some are condemning him, and some are defending him.      I’m one of those who support Trump on this.

In the past, presidents have basically ignored the bluster of Kim and his father’s bluster.  The reason being is because they weren’t a threat before.   They were safely contained in their country.     They didn’t attack anyone directly so they could safely be ignored.

Obama, made a mistake however, he ignored their nuclear program.   We will never know why he chose to ignore it, but that left the burden on the new president who took office, which happens to be Trump.

In Trump’s short time in office, N Korea went from being a blustering dictator with aspirations of grandeur, to a nuclear threat that could reach Guam and the western shores of the United States, thanks to some very public nuclear ICBM launches.

This changed things.    This has turned N Korea into a nuclear power.    With the button in the hands of an unstable leader, who believes he is a god.   Who has a mass of people who have been brainwashed that he is a god.     Due to this belief and their isolation from the rest of the world, the people of N Korea are unaware that their leader is a madman.

Some people who are against Trump, believe that in this situation Trump should just not provoke the little dictator.    That hiding their collective heads in the sand is the best answer.   Why?  Because it is easier to believe that they will not attack if you don’t do anything.     This is sane, but not reasonable or logical thinking.  After all, sane people don’t attack someone else unless they are provoked.

We are not talking about sanity here, when we speak of N Korea or their government and it’s leader.    Their leader, truly believes he is godlike.   He was raised to believe that by his father and that regime’s sycophants.      People in that country are forced to pray or to pay homage to statues all over that country at least once a day.    To them, Kim is a god.   Their leader.    The people don’t have internet access.    The ones who do are in the employ of the government and those people are heavily watched are restricted in what they are allowed to do online.    Mostly hacking and cyber warfare.

N Korea has one real city.   And that is the capitol where all the government officials live with their families.   No one who isn’t a government official is permitted to live there.    Tourists are allowed to go there.   However, they are strict rules for them and when outside the hotel, are only allowed to go where their tour guides tell them to.   The tour guides by the way are military intelligence personnel.    They watch and report your every word and move to their superiors.

This is the life in N Korea.   So when Kim has made threats in the past, it wasn’t that serious because they didn’t have the military might or power to do much more than bluster.

When N Korea developed nuclear warheads and figured out how to launch them to hit targets as far as the USA, that made them a serious threat.    You don’t leave someone who is mentally unstable with nukes.   And Trump is doing what Obama should have done.  Take them seriously.

Ignoring the problem doesn’t make it go away.    Typically ignoring problems only makes it worse.    Ignoring an unstable dictator with nukes can end up deadly bad for any western nation.

Trump is showing Kim by his words that he means business.    Trump managed to get the UN to unanimously impose sanctions on N Korea.   Which shows you that even the UN thinks this guy is a threat.

So to all the Trump haters out there.   You know who you are.   You are wrong.   Ignoring problems like Kim doesn’t make you safer, it puts us all in danger.   This was something that should have been dealt with by Obama.    Now Trump has to clean up the mess that Obama left and he is doing that.

If N Korea has to be turned into a big crater, then I’m not going to lose any sleep over it.

What exactly is Fake News? The Fake News War!

fake-news

Since before the american election last year, we have been hearing more and more about “fake news”, so much to the extent that the term has become part of the general vernacular of most people, and even those who don’t understand what the Fake News War is about, but will readily defend their favorite news agency.    So this is the break down on what exactly is fake news and why this is so important in the way it breaks down the public trust in the mainstream media outlets.

Lies by Omission.

Let’s face it all media outlets lie by omission, and there are some who at least try to be fully honest, however, there is some media outlets that stand out in doing this.  I will refer the most blatant one, the one that everyone loves to defend but has been proven time and time again to lie to the public.

What I mean by lies by omission is presenting the news but leaving out things to skew the perspective in favor of whatever agenda you wish to push.     For example, the election and Hilary Clinton.

CNN was blatant in this and to this day,  as I write this, they are still lying to the public about Trump.

Here is how they do it.

1.  Cherry picking.     They will present only certain parts of the story.   That can be video footage of a crying “victim” or  picking or choosing a specific sentence in a speech, which taken out of the context of the paragraph being said sounds damning.     CNN did this and still to this day does it.

I will use the famous “Grab her by the pussy” comment that they used from a 20 year old recording of Donald Trump that they recorded while he was chatting with a reporter off record during his Time on the apprentice and when he was funding the Miss America Pageant.

The context they conveniently left out when you hear the entire conversation was that he was talking about groupies.    Groupies are people who are  enamored with someone of celebrity status.   What Trump was discussing was how these people, in particular the women.  And as well when it came to that sentence in particular, he was talking about one experience in particular about his encounter with a groupie , who “WOULD have let him grab her by the pussy”, if he had wanted to.

This is a very big difference from the mainstream narrative of “Grab her by the pussy”.   This narrative makes it sound like he DID grab her by the pussy and he was bragging.   This lie by omission was done by remove key words to change the context of the conversation.  In other words, one is about how groupies act, and the other is how he acted.    All with that simple change.

All you have to do is listen to the entire recording to hear the context of the conversation to understand this was just a casual conversation about how women act around him.

2.  Faking News Reports using Green Screens.

CNN is admittedly the one news organization who gets caught on this.   The oldest I found was back at least 20 years ago where a reporter faked the news report and the footage is very clear on this.

Here is the oldest I found….

There are other examples, one that comes to mind is the Boston bombing, where they tried to fake the locations of an interview.

There is a multitude of green screen news reports that reduce the legitimacy of the news story and erodes the public trust from CNN.    Here is a video which highlights the most blatant ones.

What to look for?   The pixelation of the person on the green-screen.   The disappearance of body parts, or other objects being held by the reporter.

3.   Pushing an agenda.

All networks are notorious for this.   Fox seems to be the ONLY one who leans to the right.  The others are all part of the left.   This was obvious during the election coverage when we heard basically almost all good things from the left wing media outlets and all bad things about Trump.   This was done using the above methods.  Omitting certain facts, taking sentences Trump said out of context etc.

4.  Gate-keeping.

This is pretty bad because this is ultimately lying.    And this is why CNN now is being called fake news.     Gate-keeping is when they tell you only the facts or information THEY want you to hear.    For example, they will hold those live debates with a panel of people.  Usually 3 who follow their agenda and 1 who doesn’t.    Then when the person who is against their agenda speaks and starts speaking about facts that are provable, the other three with try shouting over the person, including the host, and if that doesn’t work they cut the feed in some way.  Most of the time citing they “lost the feed”.     Don Lemon, doesn’t even try anymore.   If he encounters someone he interviews who brings out verifiable facts, he just shuts down the interview.

5. Rinse and Repeat.

Do you notice CNN is still harboring the “Russian Hack” story over and over?    That is because a lie repeated can sometimes be believed if repeated long enough by enough people.   This is what they are trying to do with this whole Russian Hack story.  They claim to have proof but yet the FBI and CIA both have stated that while there was a hack by the Russian’s there was no evidence to show that it had influenced the election in any way.   And yet, over and over again they still talk about it and how they magically have proof but never present it.      They expect us the audience to eventually believe it because if it is reported enough then it must be true!

Now as a side note, most people think “fake news” are things like the National Enquirer etc, “Aliens ate my baby!” sort of stories.  Or the Onion etc.  And yes, they are correct.  Those are fake news stories.  Meant to be comedic in nature.       However, when Trump or commentators, or pundits call a news organization fake news, it is due to the above ways they have manipulated their audiences.      It is the reason why many news anchors of the past have left their media outlets and started their own news outlets online.

So please, the easiest way to see if a news outlet is lying is go to the source of what they are reporting.    Trump it’s pretty easy.   He posts on Facebook what he says and usually includes videos if he is doing a press conference or a news interview.    So you can hear directly what he had said in it’s proper context.

Dumbass Blogger doesn’t understand what racism is…

I just read a piece of drivel that bashes, yet again, Trump supporters and Trump.    The writer called by the moniker “The Stranger” found a t-shirt racist for saying . and I am not kidding here.

“Blacks make Racial Slurs and Commit Crimes too”.   And he cited Toby Keith as being a symbol of racism.

I’m not going to censor my language here because mainly these people are fucking retards.  Their mental capabilities have been stunted and they are unable to comprehend what racism REALLY is.

This writer is so moronic, that he thinks that the protesters who were causing problems and being arrested means that racists won.

Are you kidding me with this?  I get the right to protest.  I will back anyone’s right to do it, but for fucks sake, do it for something real.

Trump is not, has not, nor is there any record historically, of him doing, acting or saying anything racist.

So here is a little lesson for you dumbass’ out there on Racism.

First I will start with the Webster’s English definition.   Yes… mah definition.  If you fucktards knew what a dictionary was for you would understand why I am quoting it.  However, your educators didn’t teach you how to use one or their purpose in society and why they are important.

Racism:

  1. 1:  a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race

  2. 2a :  a doctrine or political program based on the assumption of racism and designed to execute its principlesb :  a political or social system founded on racism

  3. 3:  racial prejudice or discrimination

What do these have in common?   They have to have intent.   That the person you are calling racist believes his or her race is better or that the other race is inferior to yours.

It does not mean that saying something critical about a problem with a racial group is racist.   Nor is it racist to talk about that group and the problems if your white.

And if you notice, it does not specify that only white people can be racist.    Fuck me, the writer of the block is a total moron for thinking that “Blacks make Racial Slurs and Commit Crimes too” is racist.     In fact, that blacks do make racial slurs as we see over and over when they riot, or lash out.    Even in the news a few weeks ago we saw four black people kidnap, torture a white mentally handicapped man for two days while they live streamed the crime on facebook while shouting racial slurs like “fuck white people, and fuck Trump”.     The black people and liberal idiots fail to recognize that this was racism and this blogger is just as blind and ignorant to that fact.

    Here is another lesson…

Race has nothing to do with nationality.
Nationality has zero to do with race.
Religion is not a race or a nationality.

It is not racism to want to fight RADICAL ISLAMIC Terrorists.

Islam is a religion.  And ideology.   It is NOT Islamophobic to speak out against a bad religion or even criticize one.

Mexican is a nationality.  Not a race.   Latino is a race.

Black people are a race of people, Asian is a race of people, whites are a race.    Muslims are not a race.    Muslims is a term to describe people who follow the ideology of Islam.    Or Islamic.

In closing, if your are a dumbass who thinks Trump is a racist then you are fucking retarded and should go your parents and slap them for making you stupid.

The Racist and Sexist T-Shirts of an Inauguration

Why Trump should Win the American Election.

trump-rally-in-vegas-getty-640x480

This presidential race has, to be blunt, a cluster bomb of attacks, lies and outright nonsense rhetoric that has astounded many and made people curse at their screens, newspapers and media agencies they follow.

To be fair, it came from both sides, but in the defense of trump, most of his rhetoric or so called attacks, weren’t attacks on Clinton, but retaliation in defense of attacks that Clinton has made against trump.

Now, that being said, Trump is clearly the better candidate.    Clinton supporters are, so far, from what I have seen, outright stupid.    Many support her because Clinton has a vagina.  Yes, you read that correctly.    Many are voting simply to get a woman in the office, instead of voting based on qualifications like, integrity, honesty, having solid reasoning to fix the problems and the intelligence to be able to negotiate deals with other world leaders.

So here are my list of reasons.

1.  Trump supports women’s rights.      He wants to ensure not only women are treated as equals in society, but stop those who would treat women as less than equals to men.

2.  Trump supports equality for other races.    He wants all Americans to be treated equal in society.   No special treatments based on race, gender or sexuality.

3. Trump wants to bring jobs back to the United States.    He wants people working and understands that without the majority of people working the economy suffers.   He wants to make good deals for the united states and to stop giving away resources and money to countries who do not honor their treaties, or have gross human rights violations.  And with half the country on food stamps and considered poor, this has drawn many to support him.

4.  Trump wants to fix the immigration problems, before the united states have the issues that other countries have.    By trying to stop illegal immigration and the crime that comes with it.   While even I scratch my head at the wall idea, I do admit there are other countries who are implementing this idea and it works.  So, I am adult enough to admit, that maybe it might have merit.   Combine that with reform on the immigration laws and rules, and you might get a working system that is better than the open door immigration policies that many countries have now.   Which are in effect a disaster.

5.  Fighting Terrorism, mainly Islamic Terrorism.      While other groups are out there committing terrorist acts, none are more prolific than Islam.  And his idea to stop all immigration until they can figure out ways to filter the potential terrorists from getting in the country is a sound one.

6.  Trump is for free speech.   He supports everyone’s right to speak without retaliation from government.     The idea of “hate speech” is fundamentally flawed due to the fact, it is arbitrary.   You may find one thing okay to say, but the person next to you may not.     Limiting speech is an attack on free speech.

7.  Trump supports veterans and the military.    He has personally donated millions to veterans and wants american military not to be treated as disposable.

All the negative press that Trump has gotten, has so far come from media that support Hilary.  media outlets stopped being neutral decades ago.    There is no such thing as neutral media source.    So when you hear the negative about trump you can trace it back to the Clinton Camp.    I always look at both sides and come to my own conclusions.    Yes Trump is definitely not perfect.   He is a tad eccentric and when defending himself he doesn’t filter his speech.     Many liberals don’t like that, and as such they have attacked Trump and Trump’s supporters with vigor, nasty lies and even violence.

Time to make America great again.

Open Letter to the Leaders of Canada

To Justin Trudeau, his Cabinet, and the current sitting members of Parliament,

I am going to step away from the main virtue that Canadian people are known for, and that is being nice.    I’m angry.   I am angry at you.  All of you.  You failed.   You failed in your duty.    The main one to which all people believe in, when it comes to a democratic nation.

The duty of protecting it’s people.     You failed.    You failed in helping our Canadian citizens John Ridsdel and Robert Hall.

Abu Sayyaf demand Canadian government pay ransom for hostage Robert Hall in new video

While our Prime Minister was busy with PR stunts and photo opportunities, these men, our own citizens had their lives cut short by people who have no respect for freedom, democracies, religions or life.   They pleaded from their government to intervene in some way.   You stood by and did nothing.   They asked you in the very real terror to do your duty to protect them, and you were silent.

“To the Canadian government, I’m told to tell you to meet the demand,” Hall said in the video. “I don’t know what you’re doing but, you’re not doing anything for us. John is being sacrificed, his family has been decimated, and I’m not sure why or what you’re waiting for.”

Then afterwards,  Justin you went on camera and gave a speech, which amounted to nothing.   It meant nothing.   You did nothing to prevent this tragedy, nothing to protect our citizens, our brothers.    You had the power, the authority but you stood by and did nothing.

You took a policy of standing by and doing nothing after decades of terrorism and threats to free people of the world.   Instead you sit back and kill the people you have  a duty to protect and wring your hands and give your condolences to the families of the dead who have to live with the loss and the knowledge of the horrible ways these victims died.

It’s time you, and I mean a all of you stand up and do your duty to the people of canada and do something to stop these terrorists from doing this again to any Canadian.   It’s time you did your duty.    If you cannot, or will not, protect our people when these types of things happen then all of you need to step down from your positions and let real men and women, who have the courage to stand up against terrorists who kidnap and kill our people.

Instead of spending your time in front of the press, flashing love signs and promoting feminism and spending billions each month, do your job.

The policy of not paying ransoms has failed.   It can be proven with the evidence of the bodies of these men, and every single man, woman and child this has happened to over the past 20 years.

If a police officer stands by, and does nothing and remains silent, while he watches a citizen be killed by another he can be considered an accessory to the crime of murder.    You, the cabinet and the members of parliament are guilty of being accessories to acts terrorism.

Do something or step down from your positions you cowards.

The myth of “rape culture”

For the past couple of years, I have been hearing more and more the words “rape culture”.   I didn’t understand what it meant and to this day, I am not understanding the meaning.   Why?  The meaning is very generalized.  Here is an example, one of many I might add, that no one, and I mean no one has the same definitions.

From Wiki:  (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape_culture)

Rape culture is a theoretical concept (a qualitative theory) in which rape is pervasive and normalized due to societal attitudes about gender and sexuality.

Behaviors commonly associated with rape culture include victim blaming, sexual objectification, trivializing rape, denial of widespread rape, or refusing to acknowledge the harm of some forms of sexual violence. The notion of rape culture has been used to describe and explain behavior within social groups, including prison rape, and in conflict areas where war rape is used as psychological warfare. Entire societies have been alleged to be rape cultures.

I checked many other groups and websites for their definitions, and they all had very broad descriptions of the meaning or some actually citing mundane activities as being part of this myth.

Some of these activities include, but are not limited to:

Asking a woman on a date.

Offering to buy a woman a drink.

Complimenting or commenting on their clothes, hair, looks.

On my social media profile friends list, I had a model on it, who’s specialty was nude modelling.   She proudly displayed each and every image that was taken of her on the social media site.  As a professional photographer, I saw the images for their artistic beauty and didn’t think about them.   This past couple of weeks, a guy on her friend’s list, had made a comment that was inappropriate and rude.   He was basically telling her (in a douche way) that he thought she was hot and wouldn’t mind hooking up with her.

She turned him down, in a very spectacular fashion, and then blocked him.    This I felt should have been the end of it.   Instead, she went on a rant, and drew many people in.  All agreeing with her and talking about rape culture and some like myself didn’t see it that way and said so, and in response they attacked those people and accused them of being part of the problem etc, etc etc.

At one point I had to make a comment, that was both a message to the model and as well to the people commenting.    I stated that while I didn’t feel the guy’s comment was appropriate, I didn’t think her 2 week rant was either.    This prompted attacks from others to me.   Yet when I asked straight forwards questions using logic and critical thinking, I would not get a response but attacks and name calling.

This is what I basically said:

To (Model Name), while I appreciate your work for it’s artistic value, I do find these kinds of rants to be counter-productive and a tad unprofessional.   Here is why, in this world you get many types of people, and some not all, are going to misstep in life.  They will say the wrong thing, do the wrong thing etc.   In this guy’s case, he was arrogant and said something that you weren’t open to.    You stated that just because your a nude model, doesn’t mean you want to sleep with every male out there, and I agree with you on that.   However, you didn’t just block him and ended it.  You went on a week long rant, and drew more and more people into this so horrible victimization of you.   There was no victimization, there was a guy who was a douche, who said something inappropriate.  Now the problem I am having and finding unprofessional is the fact you are omitting your part in this.   You chose to be a nude model.   That was your choice.  You chose to post those images on a social media site publicly.  That was also your choice.    Now while I understand that is not an invitation, there are some people out in the world who have no sense of decorum or decency.  This is not me saying I approve, this is just me stating a fact.   These people exist.  And when you post anything, they will come out and say something, that someone will find inappropriate.   When it comes to social media you can do several things, you can ignore it, delete it, or block the person.   You did this.  You blocked him.

You are not a victim.  You blocked him.

There was no rape.  He didn’t rape you.

There was no sexual assault.   He didn’t touch you.

(I didn’t say it in those words but that is what I was driving at).     Some got it.  One guy in particular attacked me in private messaging for a few days over this, and every-time time I asked him how my actions rape culture, all he could say was that I was blaming the victim.

“What victim?”, I asked.

“Your an idiot”, he said.

“How was she a victim?”, I asked.

“You just don’t understand the nuances.”. he said.

“I’m trying but you wont’ answer my questions so I can learn.” I said.

“You aren’t asking question, you are blaming her.”, he said again.

“I never blamed her, I agreed with her original actions to tell him off and block him.  You still haven’t answered my question.  Who is the victim?  She wasn’t raped, she wasn’t sexually assaulted. So who was victimized?”.

“I’m done, good-bye.”  He said.    This point he blocked me.

Even the people on this “rape culture” bandwagon can’t answer direct questions or even agree on what the myth is.   It’s grown in so many ways to the point of maniacal hysteria.

Let’s look at the Cosby situation.

Here is a guy who over the years has developed a reputation of being the clean cut father figure.   However, we know he was an actor and a comedian.

Now, a woman who wrote a book over 20 years ago, comes forward to push her book by using a small part of the book were she insinuates that she was sexual assaulted by Cosby but has no actual proof.    She never reported it to police, instead she sued Cosby and it was settled out of court for some long forgotten sum of money.    Everyone seems to not look at that.   Now that he rehashed all this, her book sales are going through the roof.

Now bring in the other women.   All state this happened twenty some odd years ago.  None, and I mean none, can remember details and some even admit to being drunk or assume they were drugged. (Again, no proof).  You have all these women claiming sexual assault but none can provide accurate details or offer evidence that they ever met him in person.

In this media frenzy, we see groups gathering to protest his shows, trying to turn others against him.   The rich and famous of course are putting their two cents in.  Everyone is ignoring a few things.

A victim has two responsibilities.  (Ah yes I know, according to feminists, I am promoting rape culture with this statement, it doesn’t make it untrue though),

Those responsibilities are simple.   The first is the victim has to report the crime.  After all, how is the police supposed to investigate and charge someone with sexual assault or rape if they are not told about it?

The second responsibility is to seek help, to learn how to cope and move forward in their lives.   Support groups, mental health etc.

None, and I mean, none of these women ever did any of the first responsibility.  As for the second, no one is talking about it.

According to the feminists that are on the Myth bandwagon, we should accept a woman’s word as law when it comes to rape and sexual assault.  If they say a guy sexually assaulted them, then they did.    No evidence, no investigation needed.

That’s were I have a problem.    Many women already claim sexual assault and rape when none has occurred.  They do this to get revenge on someone.  Usually an ex-boyfriend or some guy they think has spurned them.   This has happened to a couple of friends in my past who got a knock on the door from police, and later was found innocent or the charges got dropped for lack of evidence or the evidence didn’t match the statements of the women etc.

To live in a free country means that you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, by way of facts backed by evidence.  (At least in a criminal court).   And as such, under those rules, Cosby is in fact innocent.   There was never any charges laid, nor any investigation launched.    And the time to press charges is long past their statute of limitation.  Even if there was no limitation, the women can’t even recall details or offer evidence as proof.   Yet we have people who jump on these bandwagons, supporting these accusations simply because the people citing them, simply because the persons making these claims have a vagina.

The Distinction:

Rape is the act of unwanted penetration

Sexual assault is an unwanted sexual touch.

According to the Myth of Rape culture the following is the support and promotion of it.

Asking a woman out on a date.

Asking a women if she wants to have sex.

Whistling at a women who you are attracted to.

Complimenting a woman in any way.

Talking about a woman, about her appearance,  attitudes, fashion choices, etc.
Let’s remove social media out of the picture.  Let’s put in the old fashioned method of meeting people.  The bar.

You walk up to a pretty woman in a bar, introduce yourself, compliment her smile, hair etc.  Things are going well and you get up and dance.  As your confidence builds you put your hand on her butt.   She grimaces for a second when you don’t aren’t looking at her but then smiles at you, and you bump and grind on the dance floor.   After a couple of hours and a few drinks later, you go back to her place or yours.  Have sex and the next day one of you does the walk of shame.

According to the myth rape culture occurred.   Can you spot it?   It was when she grimaced at the touch.  According to the myth, you just sexually assaulted her.   She has zero responsibility according to the myth to tell you she didn’t want her butt touched.

Another scenario in a bar:

You see a beautiful woman at the bar, you walk up and introduce yourself, you have a conversation, for about two hours and she then admits she isn’t interested in you.   You get upset, and tell her off and walk away.

According to the myth this is rape culture.   Men are not allowed to have feelings when being rejected by women.  According to the myth, a man just has to accept it and move on. No feelings required.

As men, we know, that anytime a woman says No.  It means no.   If a man gets upset and states it, then we are apparently promoting this myth.

This is why I call it a myth.  It is used for almost anything that a women disagrees with when it comes to social interactions with men, and there are no hints or even clear rules.  If a woman says no, then you can then be accused of this rape culture myth.   If the woman says yes, then everything is fine.

Anger .. The cause of much…

I was online earlier today and noticed a comment on a friend’s status about an article that appeared in the canadian news papers about a Canadian kid who went over to ISIS and made a video to warn Canada.

Now, please understand. I don’t like war.  I think it should be avoided at all costs.  I do know that sometimes, just sometimes it is justifyable.   I also look at these stories with a grain of salt when it comes from the mainstream, and i don’t look at it from angry eyes.

My friend’s anger was almost of a nature of fire and brimestone.  He condemned the kid in the story, called him traitor, denouncing him for joining a cause.

My friend in question was from anger, real anger derived from coming from Lebannon, a country were war is real and religious hate groups are real.  He has family that still lives there in fact.

The anger directed at ISIS and ISIL is to me, crazy and extreme in itself.   People are righteous in their hatred and anger for them without really able to express why.

I pointed out to my friend that coming from a view that I had no emotional attachment going either way I could see why and how these groups have sprung up and quite frankly, don’t blame it for happening.   I believe we Canadians would do the same if we were in their positions.   In fact, history shows we have in our early beginnings.   Not based on Religion but on a goal.

This is the same for ISIS and ISIL.   I can’t see them as some monster in the dark who will cut off my head.  I can’t, and anyone who looks at the world with an open mind, will see what caused this situation in the first place.   Plus when you have watched this all your life, in these countries then you can see the progression and know that these groups are desperate people.

Now before you go on a rant, think for a moment.

These countries used to be peaceful for the most part.  Every once in awhile one would break out in war and always,  ALWAYS, the american military would be there.   When I was younger, I would watch the news and it was always put forth that the american troops were there to stabilize the middle east.  To bring peace again to a “war torn” nation.   We don’t hear that anymore, we don’t even see the media even try to tell us that anymore.

Many of these countries are very powerful.   The reason for this is they are oil producing countries that control a huge portion of the world’s oil supply.   By destabilizing their governments and plunging those countries into wars, the american government can send troops in under the pretense of protecting the people and oh, protecting the oil as well.

I remember watching on the news, the footage of the american troops on the oil fields trying to put out fires.   Spouting flame from the ground going a mile high into the air under high pressure and extreme heat.   Yeah.   Very rarely did I see footage of a soldier saving civilians in those countries. I did happen, but now that I think back on it, it was usually when the world started to question the american involvement.  That would be when we would see footage of soldiers carrying injured children from rubble to get medical attention (allegedly).

Now here we are almost 40 years later, those middle eastern countries are in no better shape then when I was a kid.   New groups have sprung up and of course the media and the western governments condemn their actions and outrage follows from civilians who look no further than the 2 minute news story on their tv screens or the newspaper column.

This is where i have issues.   We have a means at our disposal that gives us more information, more quickly than the news media can put out.  The Internet.

I myself use this as a source.   Like all sources, it is not always reliable and sometimes it can be dead on reliable.

I look at all sides of the picture and come to my own conclusions, and I don’t assume the view that is portrayed my mainstream media.   Why?  They simply don’t check sources anymore.

I look at the videos and blogs from the people of those countries, the videos and blogs of the soldiers themselves.

Did you know there is a huge amount of videos of US soldiers who are condemning what is being done and they also testify on camera that they are being ordered to kill, rape and beat innocent civilians in those countries?   They get awarded by their superiors for their “first kills”.     One horrific story, a squad, raped a teenage girl, and forced her father to watch and then they set them on fire.   In that particular video, he showed footage from the building where it was done and you could see the blackened cement where the fire burned the bodies.

Those are just some tiny examples of what war is.  So imagine when you live in a country that is constantly bombarded by the Americans, from afar.  Whole families are killed by gunfire in an entire apartment complex, because the Americans want to kill 1 person in that building.

Generations have lived in those conditions.  Over and over and over again.  Not one person hasn’t had a person killed by either side.

Imagine if that was your world.  Unfortunately I have a vivid imagination and can see this all to well.

Out of that anger, then springs up groups that want to take their homes back, their lands, and their country and bring peace.   So these militant groups spring up and organize and fight back.   Some are military trained some aren’t.  That doesn’t matter.  It’s the goal.  The goal to get their lands back and stop the killing from foreign troops.   They use any means at their disposal, because they are outnumbered, and outgunned.  They are desperate and want their country back and to know what peace is, because they simply never have seen peace.   Never lived in a place where they didn’t have to fear getting shot when leaving their home, or being able to go to sleep at night wondering if they would wake up at sunrise or die by a midnight bombing of their home.

That constant barrage of fear will spring hatred.  That hatred becomes driving force in many militant groups and religion will even bring that to the forefront.

So I do understand why and how these groups spring up.   I do also know where the blame lies.  It really isn’t with the religion or with militant groups.   They are fighting for their lives.

You have to look back in history to see what is happening and to the cause   And it all started with the invasions by the american forces.    If the american and Canadian troops left those areas, then peace eventually would come back to those countries.   And eventually the anger would fade.
